Serious training for serious atheltes

I started Conjugate Strong in 2018 with one goal: to make people better. What initially was a way for me to market myself as an independent personal trainer in Wisconsin quickly evolved into a personal brand and online powerlifting coaching platform. I have experience working with athletes across the globe, across nearly every sport, and across every ability level. From grade school to the NFL, I’ve done it. I currently reside in Milwaukee, WI with my wife and daughter where I also work as the head strength & conditioning coach at what many, including myself, believe to be the best high school in the state.

I coach a limited amount of clients online and typically only take on competitive powerlifters although exceptions are occasionally made for those who are simply very committed to the process.
